A healthy workplace benefits everyone. DR. DEBBY delivers talks to empower teams to take responsibility for their restorative sleep and subsequently improve their physical and mental well-being, disease prevention, work performance, and organizational productivity. 

​Due to her long experience as a mentor to young doctors in training and as an expert resource speaker, Dr. Debby is not only used to speaking to individual patients but has also been teaching and speaking on radio and TV programs and with teams as small as ten or as large as hundreds.

 

​DR. DEBBY can deliver the hour-long talks onsite or online and tailor them to meet the specific needs of your group. Topics can range from improving sleep hygiene for teenagers to circadian rhythm disorders for shift workers. Group Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) sessions can also be arranged.
